摘要：La cultura organizacional y la innovación son dos factores importantes dentro de una organización, muchas de las veces varias organizaciones no se adaptan a sus cambios y tienen problemas dentro de su entidad, esta investigación se ha basado en estos dos factores importantes. Se concluye que esta investigación ha sido conformada y basada en conocimientos que aportan de forma directa a la sociedad; manifestando así que toda organización necesita de una cultura organizacional e innovación para tener un puesto en el mercado sin dejar las nuevas tendencias en cuanto a la innovación del producto que se ofrece, y sobre todo, las exigencias de la sociedad.
其他摘要：The organizational culture and innovation are two important factors within an organization, many times several organizations do not adapt to its changes and have problems within its entity, this research has been based on these two important factors. It is concluded that this research has been shaped and based on knowledge that they contribute directly to society; thus showing that every organization needs an organizational culture and innovation to have a position in the market without leaving the new trends in terms of innovation of the product offered and above all the demands of society.
