摘要：Las organizaciones de servicios gestionan activos intangibles, tanto o más que las empresas industriales y su contabilización, bajo la denominación de Capital Intelectual, esto representa uno de los retos esenciales a los que se enfrenta la contabilidad. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue medir el Capital Intelectual en el hotel objeto de estudio. Se determinó para el período calculado el valor del Capital Intelectual del hotel, lo cual puede mejorar la efectividad de su gestión interna. Hubo un aumento en el Capital intelectual de la instalación hotelera analizada en 942.92 USD respecto al mes anterior.
其他摘要：ABService organizations manage intangible assets, as much or more than industrial companies and their accounting, under the name of Intellectual Capital, it represents one of the essential challenges facing accounting. The objective of this research was to measure the Intellectual Capital in the hotel under study. The value of the hotel's Intellectual Capital is determined for the calculated period, which can improve the effectiveness of its internal management. There was an increase in the intellectual capital of the hotel facility analyzed at $942.92 compared to the previous month.
