摘要：El proceso de transformación de la materia prima es la parte primordial para generar el cambio en la matriz productiva que permite dinamizar el comercio; a partir de estudios en el sector cacaotero sobre la comercialización del producto, se determinó el problema de investigación: ¿Cómo incrementar las ventas del cacao artesanal en el Cantón Quevedo?, y a partir de los resultados se propone diseñar estrategias táctico comercial del cacao artesanal en la empresa Chocolate Montuvio del Cantón Quevedo.
其他摘要：The process of processing the raw material is the primary part of generating the change in the productive matrix that allows to energize trade, and from studies in the cocoa sector on the marketing of the product, the problem of research is: How to increase the sales of artisanal cocoa in Canton Quevedo?, and from the results, it is proposed to design commercial tactical strategies of artisanal cocoa in the company Chocolate Montuvio del Canton Quevedo.
