摘要：El presente trabajo aborda uno de los temas más controversiales del momento, que incluyen el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, el derecho de adopción de los matrimonios igualitarios, el interés superior del menor, el papel de los jueces constitucionales en su calidad de militantes por un nuevo derecho más igualitario o por el contrario ser espectadores inertes del statu quo, nadie puede ser indiferente, como sentenciaría Gandhi al hacernos caer en cuenta lo que significa el silencio de los buenos.
其他摘要：The present work addresses one of the most controversial issues of the moment, which include international human rights law, the right of adoption of equal marriages, the best interests of the child, the role of constitutional judges in their capacity as militants for a new more egalitarian right or on the contrary to be watchdogs of the status quo, no one can be indifferent, as Ghandi would sentence when we realize what the silence of the good means.
