摘要：La educación en México se ha ido ajustando a las necesidades sociales de cada época. Actualmente, a nivel superior, el derecho humano a la educación, tiene un papel protagónico en el desarrollo social. Por lo que el sistema educativo nacional debe contribuir al fortalecimiento del respeto por los derechos que corresponden a los individuos mediante la promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades y trato entre las personas, haciendo accesible la educación a todos los seres humanos sin exclusiones. En el presente estudio, nos importa destacar especialmente los desafíos que enfrentamos para una educación superior accesible a todos como derecho humano en el siglo XXI.
其他摘要：Education in Mexico has been adjusted to the social needs of each era. Currently, at a higher level, the human right to education has a leading role in social development. Therefore, the national education system should contribute to strengthening respect for the rights that correspond to individuals by promoting equal opportunities and treatment among people, making education accessible to all human beings without exclusions. In the present study, we are particularly interested in highlighting the challenges we face for a higher education accessible to all as a human right in the 21st century.
