摘要：En este trabajo se trata de observar la relación entre el financiamiento del CONACYT, la producción científica, y la oferta académica de posgrados en México en dos contextos temporales: la década de 1980 y el 2017. Debido a la falta de financiamiento constante para la investigación educativa, la motivación para la generación de ciencia en la disciplina y la publicación de los resultados es poca, y esto, al mismo tiempo, impacta en la cantidad de posgrados que se crean y se incorporan al Programa Nacional de Posgrados de Calidad (PNPC). Finalmente, todo parece regresar al mismo punto: la disciplina no logra tomar un papel importante dentro de la estructura del CONACYT y el desarrollo científico de la nación.
其他摘要：In this paper, the relationship between CONACYT financing, scientific production, and the academic offer of postgraduate studies in Mexico in two temporal contexts is studied: the 1980s and 2017. Due to the lack of constant funding for research educational, the motivation for the generation of science in the discipline and the publication of the results is little, and this, at the same time, impacts on the amount of graduate programs that are created and incorporated into the National Postgraduate Program of Quality (PNPC). Finally, everything seems to return to the same point: the discipline fails to take an important role within the structure of CONACYT and the scientific development of the nation.
