摘要:Taking Eugenio Montale’s concept of “inclusive poetry [ poesia inclusiva ]” as a starting point, this article will analyze the various discursive strategies in the poetic work of the Italian poet Pier Paolo Pasolini in the period 1950-1971. It will be argued that Pasolini moves from civic poetry, a kind of poetry in which the poetic subject confronts himself with the realm of ideology through the use of argumentative and narrative structures, towards poetry that shows the universe of the poetic subject in its direct relationship to the biographical poet’s world, without imposing any kind of ideological or stylistic filter onto it.
