摘要：La complessità degli impianti costruiti e l'elevata specializzazione nella progettazione e nella costruzione generano un ambiente di lavoro molto frammentato per il progetto di costruzione. Le organizzazioni per i progetti di costruzione sono costituite da unità organizzative, concordando regole e procedure su come devono essere realizzati gli aspetti pratici. L'attuale percezione della gestione delle costruzioni è ampiamente costruita intorno al potere, all'autorità e all'orientamento ai compiti. Ciò è il risultato della tradizionale focalizzazione dell'industria delle costruzioni sulle caratteristiche tecniche e gestionali dei progetti di costruzione. Le organizzazioni di progetti di costruzione variano sostanzialmente nella loro struttura e questa struttura ha conseguenze considerevoli sui risultati. Pertanto, i professionisti del project management cercano e creano continuamente nuove strutture e collegamenti organizzativi e gestionali per facilitare la cooperazione imperativa tra le persone e i partner del progetto. Nuove conoscenze e modifiche stanno ampliando il contenuto della gestione dei progetti di costruzione e hanno fornito nuove conoscenze per il successo delle operazioni di costruzione. Questo documento si basa sulla ricerca secondo questo continuum, concentrandosi sulle apparenze di un nuovo tipo di entità di gestione, il suo significato e i ruoli come parte della gestione del progetto di costruzione. Il documento ha cercato di riassumere questa letteratura e lo studio dell'indagine concentrandosi sull'entità di gestione del progetto “project team", poi “core team". Attingendo al fenomeno del core team, gli autori si avvicinano al campo attraverso sei attributi, che sono stati selezionati per descrivere il nuovo modo di organizzare la gestione del progetto.
其他摘要：The complexity of constructed facilities and the high degree of specialisation in design and construction generates very fragmented working environment for the construction project. Construction project organisations are built up from the units of organisations and they have arranged rules and procedures about how practicalities are to be done. A current perception of construction management is widely built around power, authority, and task orientation. This is resulting from the traditional focus of the construction industry on the technical and managerial features of construction projects. Organisations of construction projects vary substantially in their structure and this structure has considerable consequences to outcomes. Therefore, project management professionals continuously seek and establish new organisational and management structures and linkages to facilitate imperative cooperation between people and project partners. New understanding and amendments are broadening the content of construction project management and have provided new insights for successful construction operations. This paper is based on research according to this continuum by having focus on the appearances of management entity of a new kind, its significance and roles as a part of construction project management. The paper sought to summarize this literature and the survey study by focusing on the project management entity “core project team”, later “core team”. Drawing from this inclusive, the phenomenon of core team, the authors approach the field through six attributes, which have been selected to describe the new way for organising project management.
