其他摘要：And why do not we do it in Cartagena? is the result of a research project of the University of Cartagena that aims to transfer the results beyond the academic level, reverting to the quality of life of society and thus favoring the institutional link with its environment. The purpose of the project is to promote citizen participation and initiation of an environmental culture that is assumed by citizens, creating environmental customs, with the extension of the planting and care of trees and plants, thus replacing areas of satellite trash with harmonious gardens. Likewise, it is intended to make recycling a sustainable formal business.
