其他摘要：Applying the International Standard ISO 19600 provides organisations with a tool to implement an effective Compliance Management System in order to reduce the likelihood of members of the organisation to violate rules and laws. This paper discusses ISO 19600 and highlights important features of the standard. An independent approach to prove conformity according to ISO 19600 (i.e. certification) is presented.
