摘要：En la presente mesa redonda, IUS ET VERITAS logró reunir a tres reconocidos especialistas del Derecho Laboral de nuestro país, con motivo a generar un breve debate sobre la promulgada Ley del servicio Civil, norma que ha causado más de una protesta por los cambios sustanciales que propone en el empleo público. En este texto los entrevistados discutirán sobre algunas problemáticas que han surgido con la mencionada norma, así como también darán sus opiniones, cada uno desde su perspectiva, de los cambios que deberían de realizarse y del tratamiento que se le debe dar en algunos puntos a la ley al momento de su reglamentación. In the current round table, IUS ET VERITAS managed to gather together three renowned specialists in Labor Law from our country in order to hold a brief debate on the recently promulgated Law of Civil service, a law that has caused several protests due to the substantial changes to state employment that it introduces. In this paper the interviewed discuss on some problems originated by the cited law. Each one also states an opinion from their own perspective, regarding the necessary changes to the Law, and the way that certain aspects must be addressed before its regulation.
