摘要：La presente entrevista se realiza a la luz de la Ley 30007 promulgada con fecha 17 de abril de 2013, a fin de reconocer derechos sucesorios entre los miembros de la unión de hecho. El profesor Benjamín Aguilar nos lleva a entender cómo se vino gestando estas modificatorias, en el Código Civil, en los últimos años a través de diversos pronunciamientos de nuestra Corte suprema. Asimismo, nos reafirma que nuestras normas no han debilitado el concepto de matrimonio como institución como muchas voces piensan a la luz de las reformas. Por último, nos explica cómo se da la relación del concubinato con la asignación de derechos hereditarios al concubino sobreviviente, analizando el análisis constitutivo de la exigencia de inscripción, terminando dándonos un panorama de las próximas regulaciones que debería tener nuestras normas sobre familia y sucesiones. This interview was conducted in the light of Act 30007 enacted on April 17th, 2013, in order to recognize inheritance rights among members of a lawful union. Professor Benjamin Aguilar leads us to understand how these amendments have been occurring in recent years in the civil code through various pronouncements of our supreme Court. It also reassures us to the fact that our standards have not weakened the concept of marriage as an institution, as many voices think in light of the reforms. Finally, he explains about the relationship of cohabitation with the assignment of hereditary rights to the surviving cohabitant, analyzing the constitutive analysis establishing the registration requirement, and he ends giving us an overview of upcoming regulations that our rules should have on family and inheritance.
