摘要:The purpose of this study was to
investigate the difference between high, moderate
and low simulations, and the fidelity and not fidelity
of simulation exercises in two types of dimensionbased assessment center and task-based assessment
center in employee's empowerment in the
workplace. Research method was the quasi
experimental research and participants in this study
were 24 managers of industrial Company that who
were selected through purposeful sample and
according to Murphy & Myers's (1999) table. The
instruments used in the study included the
simulations exercises (Role play, Leaderless group
discussion and Case study) and Empowerment
Questionnaire (Speritzer, 1995). Data was analyzed
using the Kruskal–Wallis test. The results of this
study showed that there is a difference between
high, moderate and low simulation of simulation
exercises in dimension-based assessment center and
there is a difference between fidelity and not fidelity
of simulation exercises in task- based assessment
center (p<0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that the
simulation of simulation exercises is important in
the dimension- based assessment center and fidelity
of simulation exercises is important in the taskbased assessment center evaluation center. The
results of this study will be useful in the process of
recruiting and promoting employees through the
assessment center.
