摘要：O objetivo do presente estudo é apontar quais são os elementos condicionantes que influenciam os jovens a permanecer nas áreas rurais como sucessores. Para isso, foram selecionados os artigos que aparecem na base de dados Scopus (Elsevier) e no Portal de Jornais da CAPES / MEC publicados nos últimos cinco anos. No total, dez artigos de seis países foram identificados. Entre as principais descobertas está a constatação de que idade e sexo, comportamento do agricultor, herança e sucessão rural, identificação com o ambiente rural, bem como o capital físico e financeiro da propriedade e A situação social, cultural e econômica promovida pelo ambiente urbano são os principais elementos que comprometem ou asseguram a continuidade das propriedades rurais por meio da sucessão, tanto no contexto nacional quanto internacional.
其他摘要：This study aims to point out the conditioning factors that influence young people to remain in rural areas as successors. To that, articles were selected from the Scopus database (Elsevier) and from the CAPES / MEC Journal published in the last five years. In total, ten articles from six countries were identified. Among the main findings, it was identified that age and gender, behavior of the farmer, inheritance and rural succession, identification with the rural environment, as well as the physical and financial capital of the property and the social, cultural and economic conjuncture provided by the urban environment are the main elements that compromise or guarantee the continuity of rural properties through succession in both the national and international context.
