摘要：The formation big centers started to demand public politics, of urban mobility, in order to deal with problem of this scenario by this mean, active mobility pass to exercise paper strategy promoting the welfere of the population , it is the incentive to walk. In order to satisfy the necessities inherent in everday cotidiana in small, médium and large cities. Mobility in small towns, in its turn presents different dynamics and compared to big centers, because it demands a system of transport of less complexity, which opens way for. Non motorized modes. In this context, the displacement cycles and the foot dispacement the cycles of displacements and the displacements on foot were stands in the questions related urban planning. This Work is justified by the necessities to explore the conditions of walkability in the city of são Manoel do paraná. With the objective to characterize the active mobility scenario, to urderstand the dynamics of the displacements, to verify the existence and the conservation of the infrastrutures. For this, we opted fot the adaptation for IQC (quality sidewalk index) method, The method IQC constituted in metodology easy to apply in the urban contexto demonstrating affectivity in the analysis of the conditions of use present in the urban space. With respect to the city São Manuel do Paraná, public space road, despite the problems, in general, conditions of satisfactory circulation. However observe discrepancy the contexto of comercial and residential regions.
