摘要:The amount of information accessible through the internet requires specific research procedures and competence development needed to verify and recognise the relevant information and their classification. This article briefly considers (1) a fundamental distinction of three levels of the internet (Surface Web, Deep Web, and Dark Web) and their critical potentials, (2) required competencies for processing available information as critical thinking and information literacy, and (3) three situations for internet application and suggestions for a more extensive crucial use of the internet.
