摘要：This paper studied the rural waste classification system to find out practical strategies to optimize service encounter involved in rural waste classification system. It identified and analyzed the encounter points affecting each link of service and user experience. The paper proposed to construct service procedures to simplify waste classification service in an effort to provide guided services accessible to villagers, optimize collaborative services aiming at accurate delivery, offer incentives to village households for accurate waste classification and give instructions on the blueprint of services.
