摘要:The present research deals with the urban redevelopment initiatives realized through the public-private partnership. An original model able to quickly evaluate the conveniences of the parties involved - private investors and Public Administrations - has been developed and applied to three urban transformation initiatives to be carried out in the city of Bari (Southern Italy), in order to verify the financial feasibility of each investment. The model could constitute a useful support, on the one hand, for the Public Administrations in the definition of a priority list of the territorial initiatives to be implemented, on the other hand, for the private investors in order to weigh the different risks of the project solutions and to select the most convenient one.
