摘要：Entendemos que há um consenso sobre uma parte do campo da economia crítica na Argentina em torno da caracterização do sector industrial da Argentina, e mais especificamente aos problemas de baixa produtividade. A partir de uma visão “global” do problema, este tipo de enfoques associados a baixa produtividade, de pequena escala e atraso tecnológico e discutir, entre outras coisas, que esses problemas seria uma constante da indústria nacional. Tais caracterizações sobre os problemas do sistema industrial argentina sofre de uma série de questões importantes e ignorar as alterações substantivas que passaram pela indústria nas últimas décadas. Este artigo procura discutir com este tipo de raciocínio, proporcionando uma interpretação alternativa e mostrando uma série de indicadores que são incoerentes com as propostas deste tipo.
其他摘要：We understand that there is a consensus in a part of the field of critical economics in Argentina around the characterization of the Argentine industrial sector and, more specifically, the problems derived from its low productivity. From an “aggregate” view of the problem, this type of approach associates low productivity, small scale and technological delay and, among other things, maintains that these problems would be a constant of the national industry. For us, that this type of characterization on the problems of the argentine industrial system suffer from a series of important problems and ignore substantive transformations that have crossed the industry in the last decades. This work seeks to polemize with this type of reasoning, providing an alternative interpretation and showing a series of indicators that are inconsistent with proposals of this type.
