摘要:The transition to a green and circular economy requires a transformation of the financial sector and, specifically, a development of the so-called socially responsible investment. This research aims to identify the level of knowledge and beliefs about this type of investment, as well as estimate the intention of clients to invest in ethical banking and socially responsible financial products. The results reveal that knowledge is scarce and that information campaigns must modify the image that customers currently have of these products in relation to their financial behavior and their ability to solve social and environmental problems.
