摘要：El desarrollo del estudio, tuvo como objetivo general; establecer mecanismos para efectivizar el sinceramiento contable en una entidad pública de la Región Norte – Piura 2020, utilizando como metodología descriptiva, no experimental, siendo su población 25 colaboradores, siendo así una muestra no aleatoria, entre las técnicas de recolección de datos se toma la encuesta con la finalidad de analizar el problema. Siendo sus principales conclusiones, que algunas veces con un 72% se forma el comité técnico y con respecto a las políticas consideran tener conocimiento de esta algunas veces con un 48% lo cual se refleja que el cumplimiento del sinceramiento contable se lleva de manera incorrecta, y que por lo tanto se debe de tomar en cuenta cada uno de los lineamientos que se establecen para su inicio de esta.
