摘要：El artículo presenta, desde un enfoque histórico, un panorama general de las constituciones del Estado de México de 1827, 1861, 1870 y 1917, esta última reformada en 1995. Cada uno de estos textos constitucionales expresa claramente, en primer lugar, las circunstancias históricas concretas en las que fueron promulgadas y, en segundo, las contingencias propias de las decisiones políticas de los diputados constituyentes que las formularon, tema central del artículo. Para abordarlo, se incorporan las perspectivas teóricas de Ferdinand Lassalle y Carl Schmitt, inscritas en el campo histórico-sociológico de los estudios constitucionales, como soporte teórico al contenido de dichos textos constitucionales. Básicamente se estudian algunos aspectos de la parte dogmática y tres elementos de la parte orgánica: la población, el territorio y el gobierno.
其他摘要：The article deals with the four Constitutions of the State of México promulgated in 1827, 1861,1870 and 1917 (this last one was reformed in 1995 and it is that governs nowadays). In first place, each one expresses with clarity the concrete historical circumstances in which they were promulgated, and the proper contingencies of the political decisions made by the Constituent Deputies that formulated them. This topic represents the main content of this article and to address it, it is assumed a historical point of view considering the theoretical perspective of Ferdinand Lasalle and Carl Schmitt, because they are situated into the historical-sociological field of constitutional studies. Basically, this paper deals with the two main parts of the four Constitutions: the dogmatic issue and three elements of the organic issue: population, territory, and government.
