  • 摘要:Number of mobile devices are increasing, and popularity of Android OS supported devices is more than other, and Android apps dominated the mobile apps market. These devices have limited resources (CPU, Memory, and Power, etc.). Energy consumption in mobile devices is an important factor to consider when developing an app. There is no such official guide that help developer to build a less energy-hungry app or discover energy leaks in the development phase. This paper will review different types of energy leaks in Android apps, how these leaks effect the energy consumption of the device. We will discuss how these energy leaks can be avoided at the development phase .
