摘要：O presente estudo visa investigar o papel do treinamento em gestão ambiental na sustentabilidade dos negócios esportivos. O método deste estudo foi uma pesquisa para a coleta de dados. A população estatística desta pesquisa incluiu todos os gestores de empresas esportivas de Teerã, no total de 1.500 empresas. Isto considerado, 306 gestores dessas empresas foram identificados como a amostra do estudo. A ferramenta de pesquisa foi um questionário utilizado no modelo conceitual de Bough et al. (2018). O método da equação estrutural foi utilizado para analisar os dados do presente estudo. Todo o processo de análise da pesquisa foi conduzido utilizando os softwares SPSS versão 20 e PLS versão 2. Os resultados deste estudo mostraram que exercícios operacionais, comunicacionais, organizacionais e suplementares têm um efeito significativo sobre a sustentabilidade dos negócios esportivos.
其他摘要：The present study aims to investigate the role of environmental management training on the sustainability of sport businesses. The method of this study was a survey for collecting data. The statistical population of this research includes all managers of sports businesses in Tehran in the amount of 1500 enterprises. Accordingly, 306 managers of these companies were identified as the sample of the study. The research tool was a questionnaire used in the conceptual model of Bough et al. (2018). The structural equation method was used to analyze the data of the present study. The entire research analysis process was conducted using SPSS version 20 and PLS version 2 software. The results of this study showed that operational, communicational, organizational, and supplementary exercises have a significant effect on the sustainability of sports businesses.
