摘要:This work studies the genre book-journal as an academic modality, with the objective of verifying the use of stylistic and narrative resources of literary journalism in the books produced by the Social Communication / Journalism scholars of the Institute of Social Sciences, Education and Zootecnia (ICSEZ) of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). In the construction of the theoretical basis we used the studies of Edvaldo Pereira Lima (2009), Pena (2006), Bulhões (2006) and other authors who teach about this genre and about literary journalism. We take as corpus of study the books: On board of a heavy one, Beyond the Silence, Boi Campineiro, Toada: the corner of the Amazon and Juruti before and after Alcoa. With the research, it was possible to identify characteristics of literary journalism in the reporting books studied such as narrativity, use of dialogues, immersion, humanization of the narrative and own style and authorial voice.
