摘要:This study aims to reflect on childhood and children, their rights and the constitution of their identities considering the plurality of spaces in which childhood happens and highlighting the children of the countryside. It is a theoretical essay. The justification of this writing is focused on the need to problematize, as well as to give visibility to diferente childhoods and to legitimize the experiences lived by children who participate in historical contexts marked by social inequality. The main considerations of this study underline the coexistence of diferente childhoods and ways of being children. Similarly, they higlight the invisibility and concealment of children’s experiences, as well as the realization of rights for children that have been segregated throughout history and continue to be homogenized by a conception of childhood of European, white, cristian na urban origin. The main contribution of this study is to problematize together the discussions related to childhood the condition of the children’s experiencie in the countryside so that they have their rights legitimized and the constitution of their identities recognized from the plurality of spaces in which their lives are made.
