摘要：The genetic code of the human species requires us to react aggressively to threatening situations. Culture, history – as magistra vitae –, philosophy, law and even religion have failed to quell aggressive instincts except through threats and punishments. Until today, scientific achievements have not changed the biological determinants of our species, so as to eliminate its aggressive and destructive components. The recent electronic communication system, which allows not only the exchange of information but also the immediate transmission of emotional and empathic states, can have unpredictable and incisive effects on the collective transformation of human beings.

filosofia, il diritto ed anche la religione non sono riusciti a sedare gli istinti
aggressivi se non con le minacce e le punizioni. Sino ad ora le conquiste
scientifiche non hanno modificato i determinanti biologici della nostra specie, così da eliminarne le componenti aggressive e distruttive. Il recente sistema comunicativo su base elettronica, che consente oltre agli scambi di
informazioni anche la trasmissione immediata degli stati emotivi ed empatici, può avere effetti imprevedibili ed incisivi sul piano della trasformazione
collettiva degli esseri umani.
