摘要:On the control logic of labor market oriented adult education. Impact on the professionalisation and employment conditions of educational staff The present article examines the situation of continuing vocational training institutions in Germany, which are heavily dependent on the labor market services business. He uses the "voucher and tendering business" to describe the control logic of adult labor market-oriented adult education and examines how institutions and the educational staff deal with these challenges and which innovation and professionalisation strategies they have developed. Because with each tender, it has to be weighed anew: How far can I go as a provider with the price down? How can I keep good employees? How can we develop facilities and staff so that we can survive in the market and make our educational work professional and innovative? In order to illustrate her analysis, the author gives an insight into the view of affected institutions of professional development. Their conclusions are sobering: Price pressure leads to innovation blockade and planning uncertainty, market logic promotes deprofessionalization and isomorphism. The conclusion is a critical outlook on how the framework conditions would have to change in order to improve the employment and professionalization conditions of the training providers in this field.
