摘要:GRETA Recognition Procedures: Adaptive Instead of One Size Fits All. Competence validation by instructors between diverse requirements and expectations The German project GRETA aims to create the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive system for providers that recognizes the competences of instructors in adult education and continuing education. Since it was piloted in December 2018, it has been implemented as GRETA II by the German Institute for Adult Education – Leibniz Centre for Lifelong Learning (Deutsches Institut für Erwachsenenbildung – DIE in German) and seven umbrella groups for continuing education in Germany. Due to the heterogeneity of the professional field, different cultures and specifics of the respective staff, no one validation solution is equally suitable for all. What is needed is an adapted recognition procedure. This article reflects on and discusses the steps of developing this innovative procedure, presenting opportunities for exploiting it and investigating under which conditions the transfer of scientifically supported innovations into the educational system can succeed.
