摘要：A cooperação entre universidades e empresas possui o poder de gerar transformação cultural e social dentro de seu país, além de incentivar o seu desenvolvimento econômico. E mesmo que ainda haja uma percepção clara de missões distintas entre esses polos, interesses e necessidades podem se tornar complementares, de modo a beneficiar ambos os atores. O presente artigo, assim, se justifica ao buscar analisar, por meio de uma Revisão Sistemática Integrativa (RSI), os artigos nacionais publicados sobre cooperação universidade-empresa (UE) na base de dados da Scielo de 2009 a 2020, com vista a compreender os diferentes estudos sobre o tema, os principais facilitadores e desafios dessa relação, bem como sugerir estudos futuros. Os resultados apontam para homogeneidade de direcionamentos das pesquisas, com destaque para a existência de aspectos dificultadores dessa relação e que precisam ser superados para garantia de um melhor relacionamento entre as partes.
其他摘要：Cooperation between universities and companies has the power to generate cultural and social transformation within their country, in addition to encouraging their economic development. And even though there is still a clear perception of different missions between these poles, interests and needs can become complementary, in order to benefit both actors. The present article, therefore, is justified in seeking to analyze, through an Integrative Systematic Review (RSI), the national articles published on university-company cooperation (EU) in the Scielo database from 2009 to 2020, in order to understand the different studies on the topic, the main facilitators and challenges of this relationship, as well as suggesting future studies. The results point to the homogeneity of research directions, with emphasis on the existence of aspects that hinder this relationship and that need to be overcome to guarantee a better relationship between the parties.
