摘要：The report presents the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Government Goals Plan in the City of Cordoba during two consecutive administrations 2012-2015 and 2016-2019. The characteristics and potential of this institutional innovation at the local level are described and the scope of the democratic transformations that its implementation has had in the city since the sanction of Ordinance 11.942 is evaluated.
