摘要：La estadística ha evolucionado y tomado importancia en diferentes ámbitos. Como herramienta gerencial se ha convertido en un instrumento indispensable para explicar datos, proyecciones y ponderaciones. En investigación, su metodología se incluye casi, de forma obligatoria, para comprender los resultados de un estudio. El trabajo se fundamentó en una investigación no experimental que, a través de un método descriptivo documental, permitió realizar una revisión de bibliografía y literatura, con el propósito conocer los métodos y técnicas estadísticas utilizadas en un proceso de investigación científica, necesarias para interpretar el comportamiento de las variables, la representación de los datos e inferencias. Se requiere identificar metodológicamente, tipo y diseño de investigación, a fin de determinar las herramientas estadísticas para el análisis de datos.
其他摘要：Statistics has evolved and gained importance in different areas. As a management tool, it has become an indispensable instrument for explaining data, projections, and weightings. In research, its methodology is included almost in a mandatory way, to understand the results of a study. The work was based on a non-experimental investigation. Through a documentary descriptive method, it allowed for a review of the bibliography and literature, in order to know the statistical methods and techniques used in a scientific research process. It is necessary to interpret the behavior of the variables, the representation of the data and inferences. It is required to methodologically identify the type and design of a research, in order to determine the statistical tools for data analysis.
