摘要：Hasta el año 2019, podíamos optar por un sistema de educación superior escolarizada o a distancia de acuerdo con nuestras necesidades. Sin embargo, a fines de marzo del año 2020, de una manera drástica se transformó el modo de impartir Educación Superior, implementándose como medida urgente un modelo de enseñanza híbrido preponderando la educación virtual, para la que no existía suficiente preparación. Ésta fue la solución a una problemática que persiste, a fin de dar continuidad y cumplir con el derecho humano de acceso a la educación, colocándose la instrucción al alcance de todos los universitarios. En el presente estudio nos interesa destacar específicamente, la nueva realidad de la Educación Superior como derecho humano ante el COVID-19.
其他摘要：Until 2019, we could opt for a school or distance higher education system according to our needs. However, at the end of March 2020, in a drastic way the method of imparting Higher Education was transformed, being implemented as an urgent measure a hybrid teaching model preponderant virtual education, for which there was not enough preparation. This was the solution to a problem that persists, in order to give continuity and comply with the human right of access to education, placing the instruction within the reach of all university students. In this study we are interested in specifically emphasize, the new reality of Higher Education as a human right during COVID-19.
