摘要：El presente artículo expone algunos hallazgos de una investigación etnográfica sobre saberes normalistas construidos en las prácticas en escuelas secundarias para atender las demandas del trabajo docente. El propósito es describir e interpretar la manera como el profesorado en formación construye estos saberes, que entendemos surgen de la interexperiencia y de las tensiones entre los diferentes actuantes del proceso de formación inicial. Los hallazgos muestran tensiones entre el profesorado de la Normal y los docentes de la escuela secundaria que los acompañan y fungen como sus tutores; sin embargo, es en este entramado contextual donde se negocian intersubjetivamente y emergen dando sentido a su ser y hacer docente.
其他摘要：This article discloses the findings of an ethnographic research on the knowledge gained by Normalist students during their practice in secondary schools to face teaching problems. The aim is to describe and interpret the way these pre-service teachers construct teaching knowledge resulting from the inter-experience and tensions shared with other school agents during their training. The findings reveal some tensions between their Normal school teacher trainers and secondary school mentors who guide their practice. All these are negotiated via their intersubjectivity, and then important knowledge emerges to help them be and perform in their practice schools.
