摘要：La capacitación académico-investigativa de los docentes de Educación Superior es vía para alcanzar estándares de calidad educativa. El análisis valorativo se centra en sistematizar los referentes esenciales del proceso de capacitación académica del docente de la Educación Superior, la capacitación de estos docentes para el desarrollo de la actividad investigativa, las formas organizativas de la capacitación académico-investigativa, y el impacto de la referida capacitación en la calidad educativa. Se concluye que la capacitación académica investigativa tiene una incuestionable implicación en la calidad educativa, e incluye entre sus variables la pertinencia e impacto social, cuyos indicadores fundamentales se refieren a las necesidades sociales, su efecto en las funciones sociales de los docentes y en el desarrollo económico y social de la sociedad.
其他摘要：Academic-investigative training for Higher Education teachers is a way to achieve quality educational standards. The evaluative analysis focuses on systematizing the essential references of the academic training process of the Higher Education teacher, the training of these teachers for the development of the investigative activity, the organizational forms of the academicinvestigative training, and the impact of the referred training in educational quality. It is concluded that investigative academic training has an unquestionable implication in educational quality and includes among its variables the relevance and social impact, whose fundamental indicators refer to social needs, their effect on the social functions of teachers and on development. economic and social of society.
