摘要:The most recent pandemic, which caused a profound change in behavior patterns, human trafficking, among other effects, in 2020, aroused curiosity in understanding how these global disease phenomena happened in world history and what are the responses related to sanitary norms and other were adopted to face it. Thus, the present work sought to study three of them: the Russian flu, which emerged in 1890, the Spanish flu, which occurred in the early twentieth century and Aids, whose peak occurred between the years 1980 and 1990, and to examine issues related to legal aspects, in Brazil.
