摘要：El artículo es resultado de la ejecución del proyecto nacional cubano que desarrolla el Centro de Estudios Pedagógicos Manuel F. Gran de la Universidad de Oriente, cuyo tema aborda la Gestión a las necesidades formativas del territorio para el desarrollo integral. En una primera fase del proceso indagativo que acompaña la ejecución del proyecto, se socializa la implementación y resultados de la intervención en el municipio Guamá de la provincia Santiago de Cuba. La investigación se orienta a precisar las consideraciones sobre necesidades educativas y la gestión de los territorios, para ello se aplicaron instrumentos al personal directivo y docentes que permitió afloraran las demandas y las perspectivas para logar la movilización de los factores desde proyectos educativos en pos del desarrollo integral.
其他摘要：The article is the result of the execution of the Cuban national project developed by the Manuel F. Gran Center for Pedagogical Studies of the Universidad de Oriente, whose theme addresses Management to the training needs of the territory for integral development. In the first phase of the investigation process that accompanies the execution of the project, the implementation and results of the intervention in the Guamá municipality of the Santiago de Cuba province are socialized. The research is aimed at specifying the considerations on educational needs and the management of the territories, for this purpose instruments were applied to the managerial staff and teachers that allowed the demands and perspectives to emerge to achieve the mobilization of the factors from educational projects in pursuit of development integral.
