摘要：Judicial and organisational Care for the Environment in theSlovak republic locality began after the 1867Austro-Hungarian Compromise, and it became especially prominent following formation of the first Czecho-Slovakian republic in 1918. The initial cross-sectional scientific technical and investment department was coordinated by the federal and republican government after the second world war. However, environmental quality declined after 1988 under the unsatisfactory control of Ministry of the Interior and Environment. This led to inception of the independent Slovak Commision for the Environment in 1990 and this has now been transformed to the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak republic.
