摘要：This article describes the early stages of the creations of institutions for environmental management in the Slovak Republic after the velvet revolution. The Slovak Commission for Environment was established in 1990 following the “velvet revolution” in Czechoslovakia. The first Slovak environmental policy in the period 1990 – 1992 was defined as “Ecologisation of Social Development”. This policy was biased by the theses announced in preparation for the UN Conference on Environment and Development.
