摘要：In 2016, the Životné prostredie journal has reached 50 years since its first publication. Already from the first issue, it has been determined, that the core of the content of individual issues will always focus on various central topics. The Životné prostredie journal has contributed to definition of three basic principles of environmental philosophy: Ecology defines what the world is like; Environmentalistic considers how to live in the world; Environmental ecology characterizes the world and the possibilities how to live reasonably in such a world.
