摘要：The article presents the role and signifiance of the tree in the human society. Tree had a magnifient role from the ancient times till present days and trough all the worlds´ cultures. It was not only the source of the material for building, heating, protection, clothes but also it provides food and had spiritual and magical importance. Tree is one of the most important symbols existing all over the world. People believed that tree has an exceptional power and it is a seat of the gods, because of its connection between the Heaven and Earth. There are several kinds of the trees (in the meaning of the cult of the tree): arbor vitae, protection tree, sacrifie tree, cosmic tree, boundary tree, etc. Tree have had a role also in every day human life, helps to overcome diffilties with his magical power, and with his products (leaves, flwers, seeds etc.) could threat diseases. There is not only the tree, who inflence the human life, but also the environment inflence the morphological appearance of the trees (on the Earth and under the earth surface – radiation, vein water, geological shifts, reaction zones and pattern of the zone crossing etc.). Trees “communication“ with the other plants known as transmediopathy (through the essence and energy) has a scientifi base nowadays. Threes could mechanically clean the environment from the pollutions. This ability is used by designing the open, industrial, health and spa areas. But not only the landscape architects used the trees in their praxis, also their provide treatment in psychotherapy.
