  • 摘要:Exotic, non-native, alien and intentionaly introduced organisms (IAS), which are naturalized in new territories, represent risk and threats of invasive behaviour due to rapid spread and penetration into natural communities/habitats. Ecological impacts of the behaviour have been observed and documented in threats of natural biodiversity (from genes to ecosystems), in changes of species diversity and trophic structure of ecosystems, in ecosystem services, but also in threats of environment as well as human health. Invasive organisms cause increasing of costs by invasion management (negative externalities) and other economic losses. Integrated management of the species (IMIAS), including prevention, eradication and control, is urgently needed. The strategies of IMIAS, key steps, prevention, risk assessment and strategies of risk management of introductions of species with high invasion potential, Early Warning System, including lists of IAS and early detection with novel Technologies – molecular and optical methods, rapid response by eradication, control (reduction of metapopulations and expasion of IAS), mitigation of bioinvasions impacts, control methods (physical, chemical and biological, management of habitat recovery following eradication and/or control of invasive plants and animal populations, monitoring of IAS and transport paths as well as integrated approach to management of IAS and bioinvasions are discussed. In the activities the cooperation of all actors in the environment is necessary. In Europe, implementation of the European srategy and Action plan for IAS should help to solve the bioinvasion problem.
