The observed location – moor meadow with a high content of bases, which is the natural habitat of European importance was colonized by F. japonica with the total area 3 015 m2. The mowing and digging out the underground roots method was realized over the area of 52,5 m2. The combined method (mechanical and chemical methods) was realized the area of 2 925 m2. The population form monodominant stands with average height of individuals between 3 – 4 m. Density of this population was 45 individuals per 1m2. At the edge of the population that has been mown in September 2010 and sprayed of herbicide Roundup Biactive in October 2010 was recorded retreat F. japonica by about 1 m around the perimeter. Beskydská’s method was applied to an area of 27 m2 stand area. Plant species burned chemical spraying slowly was regenerate. First October 2011 re-applied 7 % solution of Roundup Biactive. Application of undiluted solution to cut of the stems of F. japonica by injections reduced of the area of 10,5 m2 by 80 % in the fist year.
