摘要：Humanisation of urban and residential environs represents enhancement and widening of social demands and space requirements, their social characteristics and functions. The issue of humanization of residential environment is an integral part of the human environment. People think about the appearing of their residential environment. We would all like to live in healthy, beautiful, barrier-free, comfortable, sophisticated and cultural environment. The work deals with the evaluation problems connected with visual attributes of vegetation design as are dimension, shape, colour, texture, proportionality, structure and dominant. It is an attempt, how to objectively evaluate the basic combinations of architectonical and vegetation fragments. It is generally focused on vegetation areas with several functions. There are only dissimilarities in determination of criterions needed for the evaluation and for the suggestion of existing composition. The methodology has been attested on the model area of the Pribina Square in Nitra. The landscape design performs an aesthetic and a representative function partially. In this case it is an assessment of the residential complex in urban areas.
