摘要：The first Red List of vascular plants of the Czech Republic was published in 1979 (Holub et al., 1979). The second version was never completely finished a remained only as a manuscript (Holub, ed., 1995). The last version of Red List was prepared in English and/or Czech mutations with different nomenclature (Holub, Procházka, 2000; Procházka, ed., 2001). A lot of new informations were published from 1979: new taxonomical treatment in some groups, thousands reports about localities of threatened species and new ecobiological data. 24 species considered as extinct and missing were discovered in the Czech Republic during 1979 – 2010. There is a time for a new version od Red List now.
