摘要：Hundred of years old viticulture and winemaking tradition is deservedly perceived as significant cultural value – cultural heritage of most warm regions of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia. Vineyards and landscape structures, tied up with viticulture became important attribute of specific character of culture landscape (character of its scenery). The assessment of landscape aesthetics is relatively complicated methodical process. Perception of landscape is markedly particular, influenced by the subject of observer. Simultaneously it is relatively objective, major part of society is used to perceiving the material landscape and its attributes in similar manner. Afterwards the general context of landscape, visual exposure, observer’s associations, character and granularity of landscape texture, orderliness and shape of the plots, intensity of cultivation, pass ability, vitality and fertility of vineyard, technical facilities and other factors can determine the scenic quality evaluation. In the paper are involved also demonstrations of visual-aesthetic values of vineyard landscape from Mikulov and Strážnice region, as well as the example of visual quality assessment of Svätý Jur area situated in Viticultural region of Malé Karpaty.
