摘要：The integration of environmental aspect into policy, as called for by Article 6 of the Amsterdam Treaty, is a prerequisite for sustainable development. Progress in integration has started by Cardiff process and was fallowed by meeting of the European Council in Lisbon, Gottebourg and Barcelona. There was proposed mechanism based on indicators. The development of harmonised international environmental indicators has been done in co-operation with EEA, OECD and EUROSTAT. Evaluation is based on the causal D-P-S-I-R framework adopted by the European Environment Agency: driving forces (D), pressures (P), states (S), impacts (I), responses (R), what is extension of PSR model developed by OECD. Reporting of environmental policy integration based on environmental indicators according to D-P-S-I-R model was implemented also in Slovakia.
