摘要:Decades of intensive conservation research and continued accrual, both in number and extent, of protected areas, have not solved recurrent conflicts in nature conservation. Even such promising concepts like biosphere reserves and sustainable development have not completed our expectations for the time being. The questions of how the conflicts do arise and how to avoid them, as well as the allotment of responsibility, are reconsidered. The author is discussing the state of affairs as resulting from neglected social and psychological aspects and recommends that the allround consensus be based on the adapted principle of radicalitas iuris, delimitating clearly the human commission on the planet Earth.
