摘要：The contemporary economics and economic decision-making largely disregard natures life-support functions. In this article methods and principles for evaluation of non-marketed environmental resources are presented. An expert approach to economic evaluation of the environmental assets is presented that integrates environmental values of biotopes with the costs of restoring their quality. This methodological approach is recently also recommended by the EU White paper on environmental liability. It can be combined with satellite images and enables to evaluate in monetary terms the losses of environmental functions of biotopes by activities with an impact on nature and the countryside (more generally, with an impact on the territory). This method produces environmental values that can be used for construction of payments for intervention into the territory and for the loss of environmental functions of such territory, due to different economic activities.
