摘要:Contactor marginal zones between human settlement and rural country are being created by natural, synanthropic and cultural landscape elements and components. Their presence is depended on urban structure, size of settlements, functional landscape type, topographic conditions and land use. Types of vegetation structure are divided to natural and anthropogenic, man-managed. A space and structural assessment of landscape and vegetation structure has been made at model three settlements – Očová (rural type of settlement), Detva (mixed type) and Žiar nad Hronom (city type). In each contact zones of the settlement areas have been evaluated, group and individual (point) types of vegetation components. The forms of transition to the landscape have been assessed, according to main identified landscape elements and components. From the point of view of ecology the most suitable transition types are forests, parks, natural biotopes, grassland and water basins. Large blocks of arable land are the most unsuitable.
